When you opt in, we send SMS text messages related to your care. Patients receive appointment requests received, appointment confirmations, follow‑up scheduling, day‑before reminders, and referral/records notices. Physicians and staff receive urgent patient‑callback requests and on‑call coverage/paging alerts.
How you opt in
You consent to receive these messages by providing your mobile number during appointment scheduling, registration, or check‑in; by completing the opt‑in form; or, for physicians and staff, by providing your mobile number as professional contact information. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving care.
HELP and STOP
- Reply HELP for help, or call (909) 542‑2777.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
Carriers
Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network and coverage. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
