This is the official website of California Kidney Specialists (CKS), a physician group specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease. Our nephrologists care for patients across seven offices in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, and provide hospital and dialysis-center coverage throughout the region. We work closely with primary care physicians and hospitals to coordinate timely, high-quality kidney care.

This website, cks.aegle.care, is operated by California Kidney Specialists and hosted on Aegle Care, the secure clinical platform used by our practice for patient communications.

• Patients who provide their mobile number during appointment scheduling, registration, or check-in receive: confirmation that an appointment request was received, appointment confirmations, follow-up bookings, day-before reminders, and notices when a referral or authorization is still needed to complete scheduling.
• Physicians & clinical staff who provide their mobile number as professional contact information receive urgent care-coordination alerts, such as on-call hospital coverage pages and patient callback requests, so the covering nephrologist can respond to time-sensitive patient matters.
